A downloadable Beta for Windows and macOS

KAOTIC is currently in a beta testing phase, with 3 available levels as well as 90 different guns. There is much more content to come in the near future. There may be a few glitches that I am still in the works of fixing. Any comments, suggestions, or bugs you find, please tell me about in the comment section below. Enjoy the game!

Install instructions

To open the game, download the .zip, extract it, and open the file inside. For Mac, open the Mac folder > Mac.app > Content > MacOS, then play the file named KAOTIC. For Windows, open up the folder named Windows and play KAOTIC.

This is a pretty good game! Here are my suggestions:

Suggestions:
  • Effects or sounds when the player or enemy is hit
  • Health bar on screen
  • A game over screen
  • Sounds or effects when a button is clicked (and shot)
  • Sound or effect when the green shard is touched
  • Change scenery that can be shot through to grey
  • Sound for when the player jumps (and falls)
  • Specify that the level select screen is a level select screen
  • Sound for reloading a weapon
  • More music
  • Allow the use of W for jumping (watch can be E)
  • The ability to look beyond the normal view
Glitches/Bugs:
  • You can die while quitting a level
  • Only one bullet can be shot when time is slowed
  • The assault rifle earned during Hallway cannot be used in Stairway
